Biography Keith Wood practices in the areas of business, tax and estates, and works with a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs to multi-generational business owners.
Keith is very much aware that family owned and closely held businesses often face a variety of unique issues ranging from succession planning, management structures, tax planning and compensation strategies. His skills and experience with these organizational forms has spanned from ideas that were established at inception to successful enterprises with multi-state operations.
Recognized by the NCACPA with Outstanding Presenter Awards, Keith commonly speaks on tax planning, state and federal tax updates, and transition planning. He has developed and delivered courses in partnership taxation and authored a curriculum on basic tax law, financial, and accounting issues for North Carolina Superior Court Judges. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant and a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
Born in Burlington, North Carolina, Keith resides in Greensboro with his wife, Jody, and their two children.
