Biography 
Kenny Jones' litigation practice emphasizes medical and dental malpractice matters, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial and contract litigation.

He is a core member of the firm's Healthcare Professional and Practices team and has successfully defended numerous medical and dental malpractice lawsuits filed against a wide variety of health care providers, including medical doctors, dentists and their clinical support staff. He is a frequent lecturer on medical and dental malpractice issues, including malpractice litigation and trends, risk management and risk avoidance, for various groups, including the North Carolina Dental Society.

Kenny is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served and published as a member of the North Carolina Law Review and was selected for the Order of the Coif, graduating with honors in 1985.
