Represented clients before the IRS in seeking Private Letter Ruling requests for unreasonable compensation cases and late S election filings.
Community Involvement Nick has been recognized for his participation with NC LEAP, a statewide pro bono business and transactional law program for low-wealth, small business owners. He continues to support the program's ongoing workshops, programs and initiatives. In addition, he frequently supports the Young Lawyers Division's community efforts and has participated in Ask a Lawyer Day, Wills for Heroes, and Urban Ministry Services Day.
