Biography 
Kevin Rust is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. His practice is dedicated to representation of medical professionals, insurance defense, commercial disputes and other areas of civil litigation.

Raised in Carmel, Indiana, Kevin received an undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and his law degree from Wake Forest University. While at Wake Forest, he was a member of the school’s law review, moot court and trial bar. Kevin graduated cum laude and is a member of The Order of the Coif.

Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Hunter on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, gaining extensive experience in the appellate process.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys attending Wake Forest sporting events, cycling and golf.
