Biography 
Jeremy S. Shrader is an associate in the commercial real estate practice group.

Jeremy has an undergraduate degree in mass communication and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Asheville where he was a frequent recipient of academic scholarships. After a semester abroad in Granada, Spain, Jeremy became proficient in writing and speaking Spanish. Prior to attending law school, he was employed as a production manager and audio engineer.

He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and was a member and editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal of Article and Notes.

He is a fan of European soccer and a former four-year starter and captain of the University of North Carolina at Asheville’s men’s soccer team.
