the late Charles E. Roth, Joseph T.
Carruthers, Jr. and Herbert S. Falk,
Sr. Carruthers & Roth traditionally
has been, and it continues to be,

Throughout the
decades C&R has grown to meet

In the late 1980s C&R refrained
from following a larger trend of
law firm expansion in such cities
as Charlotte and Raleigh, instead
making the commitment to expand
and renovate its downtown Greensboro
office to nearly three times its
original size and invest in significant
technology upgrades.
With expanded accessibility
and a centralized location, C&R
remains one of the largest firms
in the Greater Greensboro area providing
comprehensive legal representation,
counsel, and planning services to
entrepreneurs and local, regional,
and national business.
