C&R
attorneys are committed to serving our
community as well as our profession. We
have found that the contribution of time
and effort to charitable, service and
religious organizations supports our community,
is personally satisfying, and builds better
lawyers.
Many C&R attorneys
serve and have served as officers, trustees,
chairpersons, and directors of such varied
organizations as the Legal Aid Society,
the Greensboro Redevelopment Commission,
Industries of the Blind, the Greensboro
Jewish Federation, the Board of Adjustment,
the Greensboro Zoning Commission, the
Greensboro Youth Soccer Association, and
the Cerebral Palsy Association.
Over the years, members
of the firm also have served such organizations
as the Lions Club, the Rotary Club, Kiwanis
International, the Junior League, the
United Way, several area planning commissions
and recreation boards, and other academic,
governmental, fraternal, athletic, religious,
social, and recreational organizations.
C&R lawyers are actively
involved in citizenship education programs.
We make frequent speeches to civic groups,
employee assemblies, and other local audiences
on legal topics of current interest.
