The lawyers at C&R have always set the highest professional standards for themselves individually and for the firm as a whole. As a result, many of our attorneys have achieved significant recognition within the legal profession. Our attorneys have served, and continue to serve, various professional organizations in many capacities. They hold and have held important offices of the Greensboro and North Carolina Bar Associations and the North Carolina Association of CPAs.

C&R attorneys have served on the councils and on various committees of the Tax Section, the Real Property Section, the Business Law Section, the Bankruptcy Section, the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section, the Environmental Section, the Elder Law Council, and the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association, and two of our attorneys have served as President of their respective sections.

Several of our attorneys have been certified as specialists in their fields of practice by the North Carolina State Bar. One of our attorneys has been selected as a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and another of our attorneys is a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Attorneys. Many of our attorneys have published articles in leading legal publications. The attorneys at C&R are also very active, accomplished public speakers, teaching many classes and seminars in their fields of practice each year.
