Honored as a “40 Leaders Under 40”

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Carruthers & Roth, P.A. is pleased to announce that Craig A. Taylor has been recognized as one of the Triad Business Journal’s 40 Leaders Under 40. Craig was honored at the event on Wednesday, February 27 dedicated to individuals who are leaders in their business and community.
Craig is a business attorney and director (partner) in the firm. Craig’s practice covers a range of business transactions including the representation of closely held businesses, real estate developers in structuring real estate investment and ownership vehicles, especially limited liability companies, early-stage enterprises seeking private investment capital, and in providing representation and counsel to physicians, dentists, and orthodontists to help them successfully manages the business aspects of their practices.
He was recognized for his work as president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Greensboro Bar Association and its community service projects such as, “Ask a Lawyer Day,” “Child Safety Day,” and “Urban Ministry Service Day.” In addition, Craig serves on the management committee of Carruthers & Roth, and has been named a 2008 “Young Gun” (Best Lawyers Under 40) by Business North Carolina Magazine. He is also an alumnus of Leadership Greensboro.
