Carruthers & Roth Welcomes Rachel S. Decker

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Carruthers & Roth P.A. is pleased to announce that Rachel Scott Decker has joined the firm as an Associate to practice in areas of litigation. Rachel has extensive experience with nursing home matters and personal injury litigation. She will work with matters involving medical malpractice, construction law and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Carruthers & Roth, P.A., Rachel was an Associate with Ward Black Law in Greensboro, NC. She received her B.A. with distinction from the University of North Carolina in 1992 and earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina, cum laude, in 1995.

Rachel is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and South Carolina Bar. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. In addition, she is admitted to practice in the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
