GREENSBORO, N.C. – Carruthers & Roth P.A. is pleased to announce attorneys Jeremy S. Shrader and Kevin A. Rust have joined the firm as associates.
Jeremy S. Shrader is a member of the Commercial Real Estate practice group. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was an articles and notes editor with the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Kevin A. Rust is a member of the Litigation practice group and concentrates on the representation of medical professionals, insurance defense, commercial disputes and other areas of civil litigation. He received his B.A. cum laude from Ball State University in Muncie, IN, and his J.D. cum laude from Wake Forest School of Law. While at Wake Forest, he was a member of the school’s law review, moot court, and is a member of The Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Carruthers & Roth, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Robert C.
