Craig A. Taylor Elected to North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Craig A. Taylor, attorney and shareholder with Carruthers & Roth, P.A., has been elected to a three-year position on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), the largest voluntary organization in the state serving the diverse professional needs of lawyers. He will also serve as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee of the NCBA. Mr. Taylor formerly served as the president of the Greensboro Young Lawyers Division and is a current member of the NCBA Tax Section Council.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law where he earned his J.D., cum laude. In addition to his work with the NCBA, he is a member of the Greensboro and American Bar Associations. Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on closely held businesses, and the issues that are crucial to the entrepreneurs, investors, and the professionals who own them. He has substantial experience representing real estate developers in structuring real estate investment and ownership vehicles, especially limited liability companies, in representing early-stage enterprises seeking private investment capital, and in providing representation and counsel to physicians, dentists, and orthodontists to help them successfully manage the business aspects of their practices.
