GREENSBORO, N.C. – Today Carruthers & Roth, P.A. announced that attorney J. Aaron Bennett has been named a new director of the firm effective January 1, 2016.
Aaron is a member of the Carruthers & Roth business, tax and estates team, serving the broad-based needs of individuals and families, businesses and entrepreneurs. He especially focuses on estate and tax planning, closely held business planning, and employee benefits.
Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Aaron was a client services officer at a financial planning and wealth management firm, working primarily in trust administration. He currently is president of the Greensboro Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a director of the Greensboro Estate Planning Council.

Aaron is a magna cum laude graduate of the Elon University School of Law. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on trust and investment management.
