GREENSBORO, NC – On Wednesday, December 7, Carruthers & Roth, P.A. hosted its annual Business & Tax Seminar in Greensboro. Nearly two hundred CPA’s and industry professionals gathered at the Marriott in downtown Greensboro to attend the all-day event. Seven attorneys from the firm’s Business, Tax & Estates Practice Area presented on topics relating to business law and taxation.
In addition to the firm’s presenters, the 2011 Business & Tax Seminar featured guest speaker Henry Hutcheson of ReGENERATION Partners, LLC. Mr. Hutcheson spoke about the ins and outs of family businesses including the challenges they face in his presentation, “Family Business Dynamics for the Professional.” With 25 years of business management and family business consulting experience, Mr. Hutcheson specializes in next generation evaluation, leadership preparation, and business optimization within family owned and managed enterprises. He has helped families across the US and internationally in a broad range of industries.
