Erin K. Molinaro

Erin Molinaro is the executive director for Carruthers & Roth. In that role, she is responsible for leading the core business functions of the firm, including human resources, operations, finance, facilities, information technology and marketing. She also works closely with Carruthers & Roth’s executive committee to oversee practice management and develop, enhance and implement the firm’s strategic business goals.

Erin previously served as Carruthers & Roth’s director of operations for almost six years and as its marketing director for six years.

Erin currently serves on the board of directors for the Greensboro Police Foundation, a nonprofit that provides supplemental funding for innovative police programs, equipment, and technology that make Greensboro a safer community.

Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Erin worked for a communications consulting firm in the nation’s capital. She also is a former Congressional staffer with broad experience in constituent relations.

At the political consulting firm Russo, Marsh and Rogers in Sacramento, Calif., Erin was actively involved in a campaign to promote a statewide ballot proposition. She also worked for an Irvine, Calif., law firm specializing in commercial real estate and construction law.
