John Flynn supports a variety of commercial clients in the finance sector, including national and state banks, insurance companies and institutional lenders. His practice regularly handles matters involving debtor and creditor rights, loan workouts and other loan transactions. In addition, John is our firm’s chief counsel on environmental matters – helping his clients understand the sometimes significant and unanticipated implications of environmental law on personal and business planning, business organization, real estate transactions and creditor rights.

John served as Carruthers & Roth’s managing director from 2003-2008. He currently is Associate Professor of Law at the Elon University School of Law.
