Sophie A. Marboah

Sophie provides a broad range of support to the Carruthers & Roth administrative team. Among her responsibilities are event coordination, marketing, executive office administration, planning and community engagement.

Sophie joined our firm after earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). She served as President of the UNCG African Students Union —  organizing events for hundreds of attendees, presiding over an executive board, collaborating with other campus organizations, and rallying members in support of key issues.

She also interned for the North Carolina African Services Coalition, a nonprofit, community-based organization offering social services and employment programs to empower and support refugees and immigrants.
