Gaaron U. Goldsmith

An associate attorney on our Commercial Real Estate team, Gaaron assists clients with a broad range of needs related to buying, selling, developing or leasing property.

Before joining Carruthers and Roth, Gaaron served as a law clerk for a local firm, researching topics related to construction, insurance and banking; summarizing DOJ findings on fair lending; and updating operating agreements. He has also clerked for a North Carolina Superior Court Justice in Wake County and served as a legal intern with a nonprofit organization.

While at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Gaaron was a Dean’s fellow, a mentor to first-year law students, and a staff member of the Journal of International Law.
