Rachel Scott Decker

Rachel Scott Decker is one of the most experienced trial lawyers at the firm, having served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials, both in state and federal courts. She is widely regarded within the firm as the go-to resource to navigate technical and difficult procedural issues.  Rachel and her commercial litigation team can rapidly deploy for trial if needed.

Rachel’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial matters. She also provides counsel on banking matters, construction and lien disputes, employment and civil rights matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and liability cases involving products, lenders, company officers, directors or shareholders. She also is experienced in the Federal Employers Liability Act and in matters involving railroad worker injuries.
