Trisha enjoys a broad based civil litigation practice in state, appellate and federal courts assisting clients, whether it is owners and officers, directors, general counsel, employers, small or closely held businesses, builders, developers, contractors, credit unions, and individuals, with a variety of disputes relating to matters involving construction liens and claims, employment, labor or human resources, creditor’s rights, insurance claims, landlord and tenant, business operations, shareholders, insurance defense and claims, and estates, wills and trusts.
Before transitioning to the law as a second career, Trisha worked for a local county North Carolina government interfacing with a variety of local, state, and executive officials. While in law school, as a member of the first 2 ½ year cohort of her law school, Trisha successfully graduated, passed the North Carolina Bar Examination on the first attempt, and completed practice-based experiences with Carruthers & Roth, P.A. and a Greensboro based real estate developer, among others.
