Carruthers & Roth Welcomes Two New Associates to Commercial Real Estate and Litigation Teams

As an associate attorney, Troy works with clients on matters related to commercial and business litigation, employment, construction, property disputes and estate litigation.
Prior to his role as an associate, Troy worked at the firm as a summer litigation clerk, drafting briefs and pleadings, conducting legal research, analyzing discovery documentation and assisting in depositions. He has also served as a legal intern and legal assistant for companies in both Charlotte and Greensboro.
While at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Troy chaired the Dean’s Advisory Council, was president of the Carolina Law Ambassadors, participated in the Pro Bono Program and competed as a member of the Holderness Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Team. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate License and is also a licensed private pilot.
